Superfast Mattress Delivery.

When it comes to customer care, The Sleep Center are fully-trained delivery professionals that have perfected our internal procedures to ensure your complete satisfaction. One of the ways we do this is through our superfast delivery system. We designed it, we perfected it, and we present it exclusively to your customers only. Our delivery team are employees of The Sleep Center, not hired movers that toss packages around all day. Our delivery team know our products, they know our absolute dedication to excellence, and they now how to care for your new purchases with care. This is the only job they have and they do it really well.

• Step One. We work with you to arrange the best day and time for your delivery. You are always in control and we are flexible to your needs.
• Step Two. Our store manager verifies every truck that leaves to ensure your items are correct and perfectly ready for you.
• Step Three. We give careful handling to all of your precious purchases. They are factory new items that you bought from us and we owe it to you to look after them as such.
• Step Four. We arrive on time and ready to handle your complete setup.
• Step Five. We start by removing your old mattress or furniture item. If there is still life left, we will gladly donate them for you to a local charity.
• Step Six. We assemble your items, set everything up, and remove all packaging materials.
• Step Seven. We go over any details with you, inspect everything and verify that you are all set.

Of course, you are always welcome to pick up your items from our store, if you would prefer to do that. Our team will expertly load everything up and secure your new purchases for you.
